Troy was fantastic! On every turn he went above and beyond what one might expect from a realtor. My partner and I had just 3 days to see properties in Miami Beach. We researched properties on-line prior to our arrival. Clearly Troy London did also! Within an hour of our landing Troy had us viewing properties, all of which met almost all of our criteria. He was efficient yet not rushing us. He knows his turf and it is obvious. We saw 11 properties on Day 1. Appointments that had been made were kept. Days 2 and 3 were spent returning to properties that had made the top of our list. Troy was responsive immediately and he zipped us yet again from place to place. When it came down to really narrowing our choices, Troy offered counsel, honest advise and suggestions yet he allowed us to make our own decision. When we finally decided, he advised us regarding offers being made. Once offers were made, Troy was in contact with the seller, negotiating our offers which he successfully did AND Troy was even able to get us a $1,000 credit! During the closing process Troy was available at a moment's notice to answer questions, offer counsel and ease worries that we had. He was fully engaged in our process and our concerns. He was nothing short of superb! The closing went smoothly and now we are the owners of a property we love. Even after Troy's job as realtor was done he continued to offer recommendations regarding utility people and repair people for possible future use. And he is still doing this — even making phone calls on our behalf to some of these people! We just closed on a second home from out of state, and Troy made the experience as seamless as possible with us being so far away. He drove several hours to do walkthroughs and take videos of the home to send us, convinced the seller's agent to see the house a day early, and advised us on how to craft a competitive offer that ultimately got us the house.
