Working with a diligent and communicative agent truly makes all the difference in a real estate transaction. Troy London was professional, honorable, and easy to work with as the buyer's agent on my listing at Lake Junaluska. I would absolutely welcome the opportunity to work with him again.

As an agent, was truly a pleasure working with Cricket and Troy with Asheville Luxury Brokers. They were professional, kind, and easy to work with throughout the transaction. Communication was clear and timely, and it was evident that we shared the same goal, making sure our clients felt supported and satisfied every step of the way! I truly appreciated the collaborative approach and would absolutely welcome the opportunity to work together again in the future!

I highly recommend Troy London and the team at Asheville Luxury Brokers for listing or buying your home! Life changes necessitated a fast and clean sale of our home in Maggie Valley. Troy's passion and knowledge for the area is evident the first time you meet him and his team went right to work marketing our home. We had multiple offers the first week, including over ask price. We closed on the sale less than a month later. We are so grateful for their effort and professionalism. The process was smooth from start to finish. Troy went above and beyond communicating with us and keeping things on track throughout. THANK YOU!

We had an awesome experience working with Troy at Asheville Luxury Brokers. We just closed on a second home from out of state, and Troy made the experience as seamless as possible with us being so far away. He drove several hours to do walkthroughs and take videos of the home to send us, convinced the seller's agent to see the house a day early, and advised us on how to craft a competitive offer that ultimately got us the house. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire contract period, providing contacts for inspections and repairs and advocating for us through contract negotiations. Highly recommend this group and Troy. He is the best!

Bought a Condo in North-east Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove, Miami, FL

Troy was highly recommended to me by very close friends after he helped them land the house of their dreams. I was very impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge of the local market when I reached out to him about wanting to buy a condo for my family. When financing was looking impossible, Troy referred me to his preferred lender and they were able to get me a wonderful deal. I could not be happier about Troy's service and would recommend him highly to any friend or family member in an instant. Thanks again, Troy!

Bought a Single Family home in South-west Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove, Miami, FL

Troy was very responsive and helpful from the first minute — morning, afternoon and night. Great guy who got us a better deal than we expected on the house and was even able to negotiate to include furniture and a substantial repair credit. He even had a licensed contractor come and inspect the inspector's results for us to be sure what were really major or minor issues. I already recommended Troy to friends of ours who bought a property with him and will continue to do so to others in the Miami area.

Bought and sold a home in 2017

Troy went above and beyond to help me find the right investment property and good tenants. As an out-of-state investor, Troy was phenomenal — he handled the whole process. All I needed to do was view the property, decide on a price, and he looked after everything else, keeping me updated and deferring decisions when required. He has a great network to manage the little things like helping with landscapers and inspectors throughout the process.

Bought a Condo in Flamingo / Lummus, Miami Beach, FL

Miami Beach, FL

Troy was fantastic! On every turn he went above and beyond what one might expect from a realtor. My partner and I had just 3 days to see properties in Miami Beach. We researched properties on-line prior to our arrival. Clearly Troy London did also! Within an hour of our landing Troy had us viewing properties, all of which met almost all of our criteria. He was efficient yet not rushing us. He knows his turf and it is obvious. We saw 11 properties on Day 1. Appointments that had been made were kept. Days 2 and 3 were spent returning to properties that had made the top of our list. Troy was responsive immediately and he zipped us yet again from place to place. When it came down to really narrowing our choices, Troy offered counsel, honest advise and suggestions yet he allowed us to make our own decision. When we finally decided, he advised us regarding offers being made. Once offers were made, Troy was in contact with the seller, negotiating our offers which he successfully did AND Troy was even able to get us a $1,000 credit! During the closing process Troy was available at a moment's notice to answer questions, offer counsel and ease worries that we had. He was fully engaged in our process and our concerns. He was nothing short of superb! The closing went smoothly and now we are the owners of a property we love. Even after Troy's job as realtor was done he continued to offer recommendations regarding utility people and repair people for possible future use. And he is still doing this — even making phone calls on our behalf to some of these people! Thank you, Troy London — his knowledge, expertise, responsiveness and negotiation skills all exceed a 5 star rating!
